Power Yoga Flow

This yoga class will be a power flow full of soul, strength and sweat, focused on connecting mind, body and breath as the class flows through a series of poses to help awaken all of your senses. 

Flow Into Spring

Join Meaghan as she leads a warm flow carrying you through the elements of spring. From poses grounded in nature to sun salutations, this flow will build internal heat, connect you to the earth and get ready to welcome in the warmth and light of spring.
